At HUE, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original HUE packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
